At-Home Tea Party Featuring Princess Ariel from Fairytale Productions

Here’s a novel idea. If your family doesn’t feel comfortable heading to a big theme park to meet up with your favorite fairytale characters this summer, why not bring one to your own home? Getting a party character rental in Boca Raton was my mission when we had houseguests with young children to entertain recently. (Side note: It has to be a coincidence, but all my friends seem to have little girls lately!)

So, a princess tea party in our dining room it was!

My partner for this mission, Fairytale Productions, gave me a couple of “princess” options to choose from. #dailybocaavery and I decided that Ariel was our gal! So, I convinced my QuaranTEAM mom friends to make tiny finger sandwiches. I bought tea cakes, cookies and lemonade for the kids (and champagne for the grownups). And soon enough, we were ready to welcome our special guest from ‘under the sea’ for a small scale fairytale celebration.

At-Home Tea Party Decor

Party City and Amazon.com had so many cute options as far as tea party decor! I ended up netting out with this adorable tea pot banner and vintage tea party-themed (paper) plates and cups since I knew they would not be at risk for breakage.

After all, these are little kids we’re talking about. My wedding china was not about to be set up for this particular party. šŸ˜‰ I already owned the tablecloth and place mats and borrowed the little treat stands from family members.

We had the tea and dining parts of the party get going right away since we knew the kids would be completely distracted once Fairytale Productions’ Ariel arrived!

The Ariel party character rental in Boca Raton who arrived at our house was spectacular. She sanitized her hands and had a mask for the times she wasn’t singing or performing for the kids. They were in heaven!

I don’t think the kids could believe that something from their pre-COVID lives could actually be happening again. The parents too, if we’re being honest.

Tea Party Entertainment

Ariel sang (songs from several different animated movies). She danced (group freeze dance!). Ariel also read a story and interacted with the kids in character the entire time she was there– 60 minutes.

Birthday party packages, in addition to your party character rental in Boca Raton, also include face painting and a “princess makeover” for the birthday girl. Fairytale Productions performers are especially trained to make them feel truly loved on their special day!
