Weekend Family Fun in South Florida

Dinomania Hits MODS
This summer, dinosaurs take over MODS in a thrilling, immersive way. First, uncover the mysteries of Earth’s greatest transformation on an epic journey through final days of the dinosaurs when Expedition: Dinosaur – Rise of the Mammals roars to life on May 23!
 
This captivating traveling exhibit takes you through the moments before, during and after the extinction event that ended the age of the dinosaurs. Guests will marvel at life-size animatronic dinosaurs and mammals, complete with realistic movements and sounds, and delve into fascinating educational and interactive hands-on activities including cutting-edge paleontology experiences as they journey through extinction, evolution and resilience. Developed by Stage Nine Exhibits and locally sponsored by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, the exhibit runs through September 1, 2025.
 
MODS’ don’t miss dinosaur-themed IMAX® films include T. Rex, Dinosaurs of Antarctica and Dino Dana: The Movie. The exhibits and one film is included with Museum admission.

Flagler Museum Summer Program-LAST WEEKEND!

Beat the heat and join us in the Flagler Kenan Pavilion for hands-on activities, creative crafts, engaging story times, and train-themed fun inspired by Henry Flagler’s grand adventures!

While the children are immersed in fun, adults can relax with a fresh coffee or refreshing drink, and enjoy light snacks available for purchase. Whether you’re a local or visiting Palm Beach, the Museum is the perfect place for a morning of family-friendly enrichment and summer memories.

Jungle Island to Host “Sprinkles & Chill” Back-to-School Bash

Looking for the coolest way to celebrate the end of summer? Jungle Island is bringing back its popular Sprinkles & Chillevent on Saturday, August 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 

This family-friendly outdoor ice cream festival features complimentary frozen treats from local favorites, playful activations by the Museum of Ice Cream, and plenty of photo/video-worthy opportunities. Ice cream is free with paid park admission.

 

Guests can enjoy free ice cream samples from:
