Tell us a little about your background and how you started your wellness spa…
I’ve been in South Florida since 1979 and attended elementary, middle and high school here in Boca Raton. After graduating, I became a resident nurse and had the privilege of working at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. After having my twins (now 18), I was working for my husband before starting my own business. My passion for helping people and teaching young kids helped me pursue becoming an entrepreneur and I knew I couldn’t stop there. I received more and more certifications which then evolved into Sweet n Salty Body Works!
What’s unique about your business, Sweet n Salty Body Works Deerfield Beach?
My business is unique because I’m so personalized when it comes to a client’s needs and go above and beyond to make each person reach and exceed their goals.
One of my top services EMSculpting, for example, induces muscle contractions at a rate comfortable for you, followed by a cooldown period. Sessions are painless, but muscle soreness is expected similar to if you had manually contracted the targeted muscle group.
