Tell us a little about your background…
My name is Lindsey Sulghar, and I am the proud new owner of The Bunny Hive in Delray Beach. For more than a decade, I built my career in education, where I developed a deep passion for nurturing children’s growth and supporting families. While those years shaped me in countless ways, the most transformative role I’ve ever taken on is being a mom.
Motherhood completely changed the way I approach entrepreneurship. It taught me to build smarter systems instead of simply working longer hours, to become intentional and protective of my time, and to lead with radical empathy. Those lessons didn’t just make me a better parent, they made me a stronger business owner, leader, and community builder.
As the owner of The Bunny Hive Delray Beach, I’m passionate about creating a space where young children can learn through play, parents can find meaningful connection, and families feel genuinely supported. Every decision I make is rooted in the belief that when we invest in our children and care for the parents raising them, we strengthen our entire community. I’m honored to bring this vision to Delray Beach and can’t wait to welcome your family through our doors.
How did Bunny Hive Delray Beach get started?
The Bunny Hive Delray Beach was created to fill a meaningful gap in our local community by offering an elevated space where young children can learn through play and parents can build genuine connections. As a mother navigating my own parenting journey in South Florida, I experienced firsthand how valuable a welcoming, thoughtfully designed environment can be. It became more than just a place for classes, it was a community where families could slow down, bond with their children, and form lasting friendships.
When the opportunity to become the owner of The Bunny Hive Delray Beach presented itself, I knew it was one I couldn’t pass up. While balancing motherhood with the fast-paced process of purchasing and transitioning a business has been both challenging and rewarding, my passion for this community made every step worthwhile.
Today, I am incredibly honored to carry The Bunny Hive’s mission forward. My goal is to preserve the warm, inclusive, and stress-free environment that so many families have come to love while continuing to enhance the experience through thoughtful improvements and streamlined operations. Above all, I want every family who walks through our doors to feel supported, connected, and at home as we grow together as a community.
