Tell us a little about your background…

Hi! We’re Samantha Aguilera and Kayla Guillén, co-founders of Little Party Crashers, a company that offers event babysitting in South Florida. With over a decade in the hospitality industry, we’ve spent our careers curating experiences that leave lasting impressions. But our passion for children runs even deeper, from volunteering at Miami Children’s Hospital to working as nannies, we’ve always had a natural connection with kids. It was only a matter of time before our two worlds collided: hospitality and childcare. That’s how Little Party Crashers came to life, giving parents peace of mind during life’s most important celebrations.

How did Little Party Crashers get started?

The idea sparked while we were working in events! Time and time again, we’d see parents struggling to balance enjoying a wedding, gala, or corporate function with the responsibility of watching their little ones. There wasn’t a trusted, professional solution in place and we knew we could change that. By blending our hospitality expertise with childcare, we created an event babysitting in South Florida service that feels seamless, safe, and even exciting for kids. What started as a simple idea quickly grew into a trusted go-to for families in our area.

What do you think is unique about your event babysitting in South Florida service?

At Little Party Crashers, we don’t just “watch” the kids, we create an experience for them. Think themed playrooms, interactive games, and activities designed to keep children happily engaged while parents relax and celebrate. Every member of our team is a trained, vetted caregiver who treats children like family. That unique mix of hospitality polish, genuine care, and a focus on safety is what truly sets us apart. Parents can enjoy their big moments stress-free, knowing their kids are having just as much fun!

We’re also partnering with local fitness studios and gyms, so parents can focus on wellness while knowing their kids are cared for right on-site.

What exciting things are coming up with your business?

The coming year is a big one for us. As we mentioned, we’re officially launching our private babysitting and nanny agency services, expanding into corporate partnerships and fitness facilities, and rolling out themed childcare experiences for the holiday season.

Our mission is simple: to provide families across South Florida with flexible, trustworthy childcare options that fit into their lives. 2025 will be a year of growth, and we can’t wait to share it with more parents in our community.
