Tell us a little about your background…
Hello! My name is Dr. Maya Levy, and I’ve spent over 20 years practicing pediatric medicine. As a mother of five, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges, unpredictability, and beauty of raising children — and that has shaped every part of how I care for my patients.
Being both a pediatrician and a mom has shown me the gaps in traditional care, especially when it comes to time, access, and feeling truly heard. That inspired me to create Pediatric Wellness Concierge — a practice that blends Western and holistic medicine with a more compassionate, flexible, and family-centered approach.
Pediatric Wellness Concierge takes a personalized, holistic approach to pediatric care by blending traditional medicine with holistic practices. With additional training in holistic medicine from Israel, I am able to thoughtfully tailor care to each child’s unique needs—treating the whole child, not just the symptoms.

How did your business get started?
Throughout my career, I observed the increasing constraints of traditional healthcare systems, where insurance protocols often limited the quality and personalization of care. The pressure to see more patients in less time and the administrative hurdles imposed by insurance companies made it challenging to provide the thorough, individualized care I believe every child needs.
Recognizing a growing demand among families for more personalized and accessible pediatric services, I founded Pediatric Wellness Concierge. This model allows me to prioritize patient well-being over bureaucratic constraints, offering comprehensive, in-home medical care tailored to each family’s unique needs.

Our Boca concierge pediatrician model offers same-day or next-day appointments, extended visit durations, and direct access to me as your child’s physician. This approach fosters a deeper doctor-patient relationship, ensuring that each child receives attentive, individualized care in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.
How does your practice work? Do families need a membership or can I take advantage of a la carte services?
We are available for one-time visits or urgent concierge care visits on an as-needed basis. As a Boca concierge pediatrician, we also offer membership plans that include various services like telemedicine, wellness checks and support during travel. What do you love about living and working in South Florida?
What’s not to like! For me and my family, living and practicing in South Florida is a privilege, thanks to its vibrant, diverse communities and the warm, welcoming atmosphere, and not to mention the relaxed vacation atmosphere we all love. The region’s rich cultural tapestry allows me to connect with families from various backgrounds, and the areas access to top notch pediatric hospitals like Nicklaus Children’s and Joe DiMaggio allow me the ability to treat patients on all levels of pediatric care.
The beautiful weather and natural surroundings further enhance the experience, making South Florida an ideal place to raise my own family and serve others through my Boca concierge pediatrician practice.
