Today’s featured Modern Boca MOMpreneur is Lauren Wolf, Owner of Lolo Lullaby & certified pediatric sleep consultant in Boca Raton.
Tell us about your background and why you decided to start your business…
My name is Lauren Wolf and I’m a certified pediatric sleep consultant in Boca Raton and founder of Lolo Lullaby.
Like many of you, I felt completely lost on the subject of sleep when my first daughter was born. Around 5 months, I contacted a sleep consultant to help me with cat naps. I was amazed by all of the information and tools she gave me. Needless to say, I quickly became obsessed with all things “sleep.”
Despite the bevy of parenting preparation classes out there, I realized that I knew nothing about infant and child sleep. Even my pediatrician didn’t have the detailed information I was looking for. So, I started reading about the immediate and long-term health benefits of sleep, and grew more and more fascinated with the information I uncovered. Sleep became my number one priority for my daughter. I simply loved helping her—as well as friends’ and family’s children—with sleep issues, and knew this was something I had to continue doing.
Finally, I decided to take my passion a step further and became certified through the Family Sleep Institute. I immersed myself in comprehensive evidence-based curricula and practical experience through 250 hours of training. It ultimately led me to provide a wide range of families with child sleep information, strategies, and holistic support on the professional level that I craved.

So what is Lolo Lullaby?
Lolo Lullaby is a pediatric sleep consultancy that specializes in helping develop healthy, developmentally appropriate sleep patterns in children ages 4 months to 6 years.
I believe that while quality rest is the foundation for physical and emotional well-being, there is no “one-size-fits-all” method for attaining it.
My approach begins by taking the time to understand each family’s unique dynamic and lifestyle. From there, we work to address specific needs and challenges through highly customized sleep strategies that sync with individual parenting styles and philosophies. My goal is to always help parents develop the skills, knowledge and support to empower long term positive outcomes.
What’s truly unique about your children’s sleep program?
Because sleep struggles can be big or small, I offer a range of packages to cater to your needs. My family and I recently moved to West Boca from New York and I am so excited to become part of the local parent community here. I can offer sleep seminars for nursery schools, daycares, and businesses who want to offer their parent employees sleep education. What exciting things are coming up for Lolo Lullaby?
The best part about my job is helping parents every day, all over the world. Because I work remotely, I can offer my services worldwide. I’ve had clients in the UK, India, and Dubai to name a few.
I am so excited about my new adventure as a sleep consultant in Boca Raton! I’m looking forward to helping more parents get more sleep for their whole family!
What do you love most about living and working in South Florida?
When I’m not busy with Lolo Lullaby, you can find me cooking, swimming with my kids, or going for a jog in the neighborhood. Florida is such a great place for it all!
