When I say TAX, you say FREE! Tax-FREE, Tax-FREE! That’s right, our favorite shopping weekend as parents (and honestly, mommy fashionistas) is coming up fast. The Florida sales tax holiday is something I look forward to every year! And, the sales tax break is nice and long beginning on Saturday, July 24th and going through Monday, August 6th (2023). So here’s the deal…
During the Florida sales tax holiday, certain items are exempt from sales tax including:
- Learning aids and jigsaw puzzles selling for $30 or less
- School supplies selling for $50 or less per item
- Clothing, footwear, and certain accessories selling for $100 or less per item
- Computers and certain accessories selling for $1,500 or less per item, when purchased for noncommercial or personal use
Count me in for it all! And, the perfect place to shop for clothing, uniforms, backpacks, lunch boxes and more during the Florida sales tax holiday 2023 is the Palm Beach Outlets. #dailybocaavery and I had so much fun checking out all the soon-to-be tax-free merchandise at stores like The Children’s Place, Osh Kosh and Gap for uniforms. This Boca mom loves to save!

Avery and I also browsed backpacks at Vera Bradley… Why wasn’t there all this cute stuff when I was a kid?
