Meet me at Milk Street, baby! Okay, what I really mean is meet me at the Milk Street Baby Boca Raton nursery furniture launch on Saturday, March 10th! I’m so excited to co-host this swanky ‘sip & see’ event at Bellini from noon-3:00 p.m. You’ll get to see the line (it converts!!!) while enjoying lite bites and refreshments AND meet the woman behind all of the Milk Street magic: Julie Knisley. Talk about a fabulous entrepreneur!
Milk Street is Julie Knisley’s baby and she’s putting all she’s got into this line. Julie thrives on that creative edge that makes you stop and take another look. I know Boca parents love that. 😉 And did I mention she’s successfully designed for luxury furniture lines at Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn?
Milk Street Baby Boca Raton: How the Brand was Born
Julie became interested in nursery safety when she was pregnant with her first child. After doing extensive research on the subject she found many of the production standards practiced by top selling companies to be unacceptable for her as a mother. Nowhere else was she leaving her child, unattended, for up to 8 hours at a time. She had questions, but no one seemed to know or want to share the answers. So, she began sketching cribs in a park in downtown Boston off of Milk Street and this is how Milk Street Baby earned its name.
What About Safety?
Safety is front of mind in all of Milk Street’s products. They stay current with the ever changing, safety regulations for juvenile products coming out of Washington, reviewing any new legislature being considered by CPSC and ASTM. Milk Street Baby takes their responsibility for the safety of your child very seriously. They want you to sleep soundly (or sleep as much as you can with a newborn!) with the peace of mind that your child is in the best and safest crib out there.
How Can Local Parents Order from Milk Street Baby Boca Raton?
Just like pregnancy, all good things take time! Their quality nursery furniture is handcrafted, made to order and will take a minimum 12-16 weeks to build. Once you place your order through Bellini Boca Raton, they will be in constant communication throughout the production process.
You will know when your furniture is in production, when it hits the finishing line, when it has passed inspection, and then finally when it is carefully packed on its way to you. If problems arise (and they sometimes do), Milk Street Baby will be honest and forthright with any delays. They will do their best to keep on schedule because we all know your baby will not wait!
So will you join me on March 10th?
