How in the world is Thanksgiving already upon us? I decided to make dinner reservations at The Addison this year because there is no earthly way I’ll pull off a dinner for a family of eight in time. But, I also need to think about enrolling #dailybocaavery in a Thanksgiving camp in Boca because I have SO MUCH WORK to do. Luckily, the YMCA has busy moms like me (and YOU!) covered!
The Peter Blum YMCA is hosting Thanksgiving camp in Boca November 20-22, (2017) for kids ages 5-11. More info and registration for YMCA camps HERE.
They’ll have traditional, sports, aquatics and special needs camps on their schedule. In addition, afternoon AND morning extended care is available for those participating in a Thanksgiving camp in Boca other than their traditional. Awesome and convenient right?
The Boynton Beach YMCA location is not hosting a traditional “camp” during Thanksgiving week this year, but is having FUN Days instead on November 20-22, (2017). Kids will be able to participate in activities like swimming, games, etc.
In addition, the Boca Raton location of the YMCA will have “Drop n’ Shop” childcare available on Black Friday (11/24/17) from 7:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. for those parents who want to hit the big sales and go shopping sans kiddos. ***OMG! Raises hand*** Again, so awesome and convenient, right?
The YMCA is also having some Black Friday shopping specials of their own! Both locations are offering 20% off personal training and 50% off outdoor performance training. New members to the Y pay a $0 Join Fee (up to $150 in savings), will receive a free class of their choice (excluding swim lessons, child care and sport leagues) and a free YMCA gift.
