Weekend Family Fun in South Florida
West Palm Beach GreenMarket
There it GROWS again! The West Palm Beach GreenMarket is growing – again! Save the date for the return of the West Palm Beach GreenMarket, which will feature 125 vendors – making the 2023 – 2024 season the largest season opener yet! Vendors will sell various products, including fresh fruits and vegetables, coffees and teas, flowers and plants, homemade specialty items, desserts and treats, and so much more. Visitors should be sure to check out the 30 NEW vendors, including:
· Azme Taco, Brooklyn Cupcake, CasaPan Healthy Artisan Breads, Casa Truffle, Catherine’s Clean Skincare, Coastal Clay, Coconut Bar, Coley’s Crumbs, Colorado Coffer, Creamed Honey Co., Cultures, Earl’s Slow And Low BBQ, Farmerboxmeal, Fruitful Society Mushrooms, Heavenly Green, Hive Bakery & Café, Holy Smokes Fish Dip, Homegrown Shrimp USA, Kcee Nursery, Lo’s Pie Shop, La Strada, Liquid Gold Honey, Palm Beach Salt Co., Rancher’s Reserve, Rosa Ice Cream, Sugar Coat It Bakery, The Kookie Box, The Native Bird, The Stand by Palmtrees & Popcorn and Whispering Oak Kombucha. Of note, opening day will include a special ceremony with Mayor Keith A. James and Commissioners to celebrate the start of the season (around 9:45 a.m.).
The West Palm Beach Green Market’s mission is to provide the community with seasonal access to locally grown fresh fruits, vegetables, plants, and agricultural products. The market supports the southeast Florida agricultural community and stimulates agricultural development, particularly in Palm Beach County, by providing an outlet for locally grown crops and specialty products.

Calligraphy Adult Workshop at the Morikami
Saturday, March 30
Calligraphy: Adults (Workshop)
Time: 11:30am – 1pm or 2pm – 3:30pm
Cost: $35 (Cost does not include museum admission) Advance Registration Required
Learn brush strokes using sumi ink and a brush to write Japanese characters. After practicing on paper, you will create a final calligraphy on a shikishi board to take home.
Miami Marlins Opening Weekend

Fresh off a Postseason appearance last season, the Miami Marlins are ready to win some more. Paired with a stellar roster on the field, Marlins fans can expect an All-Star lineup of promotions throughout this season. The fun begins during Opening Weekend vs. the Pittsburgh Pirates, with Burger & Beer Friday presented by Cerveceria la Tropical, Beerfest on Saturday, and 4 for $44 presented by Pepsi on Sunday. Don’t miss out on the action, beginning on Opening Day – March 28!
