After three years back in Boca (post-NYC), I’m learning that fall/winter fashion really runs the gamut down here. Boca moms follow trends, but not the rules when it comes to what they wear. This was even more evident when I was invited to a fall fashion event for bloggers at Apricot Lane Delray Beach. #sweetssipsandfallfashion
Sure, there were a few sweaters and long pants on sale at the Delray Marketplace location. But, the majority of Apricot Lane’s “fall merchandise” had short sleeves, cold shoulders or spaghetti straps! Very South Florida specific. 🙂
Apricot Lane Delray Beach is one of three stores owned and operated by Barry and Phyllis Shapiro and their son, Matthew. Barry was a long time retailer with Lord & Taylor, Saks, Ann Taylor and Chicos. Then, he made the decision to open a business with his family from Brooklyn.
Apricot Lane Delray brings a refreshing and diverse mix of contemporary casual clothing, gifts and accessories for women. Check out some of these cute options!
Their merchandise is fun, yet affordable for moms with growing families. And of course, Apricot Lane wants their customers to stay fashionable! Some of the brands they carry are Vintage Havana, Ocean Drive, Flying Monkey, Lucy Love, Elan, Suzette, Naked Zebra and Sneak Peek.
To celebrate fall, I’m giving away a $60 gift card towards an Apricot Lane outfit of your choice! You can redeem at either the Apricot Lane Delray Beach or Coconut Creek location.
